Online vs Offline

Working from home, Zoom-meetings, (digital) Town Halls and digital coffees have not only become the norm, but it is likely that online communication will remain a firm part of our communication future. Which means it needs a different approach than face-to-face communication. During this workshop we will be zooming in on the answer to: How do you create communication impact in this predominantly digital environment?

No Zoom-session will ever be the same again

During this interactive workshop you will be inspired and challenged to get more out of your own online sessions. We’ll focus on:

• Getting back to (online) basics: what are the things you need to be aware of;
• How do ensure that that you are both present and can with your audience in an online discussion or setting;
• How do you take your audience along in your message;
• How can you make personal contact with the person on your screen.

The workshop is a perfect fit for internal team events, training-sessions, and off-sites. You will be diving headfirst into different methods and communication elements, (more Me, more You, more Something) so that you will be able to apply them to your online meetings afterwards.

Please note: This is not your usual online workshop! Get ready for lots of interaction and fun, because apart from an introduction to the theory, each person will also be expected to participate actively.

Intake

A telephonic/online conversation will be scheduled between you and your Speech Republic coach to discuss and determine the ambitions for the workshop.

The interactive workshop: Online Inspiration

This online workshop will be between 1.5 – 2.5 hours and be filled inspiration and experimentation on how to foster connection online.

Feedforward

After the workshop, each participant with receive an email including a summary of the key take-aways and lessons learnt.
