From the drawing board to making an impact
For organizations to establish lasting change, it is essential that all employees can relate to the story. The story must provide a clear view of what you have in mind across the entire organization. Whether it’s a vision about how each employee functions, or about a new sales approach for increasing turnover. To be effective, the new story must come to life at all levels of the organization and with its stakeholders. It needs to leave the drawing board and start impacting the day to day behaviour of the employees. Only then, will change happen.
